milestone in advancing the company’s digital-first strategy. Replacing the earlier
hybrid app, it delivered a faster, more seamless shopping experience tailored
to fashion-savvy customers.

Brand Creative partnered with the UX team to align the app with Saks OFF 5TH’s
reimagined identity. The campaign paired designer product photography with
device imagery to highlight features and reinforce value—connecting functionality
with fashion in a way that felt both elevated and accessible.

Delivered as a 360° initiative across paid media, social, email, site, and in-store
channels, the launch became a key digital growth driver, generating significant
incremental revenue. Developed in close collaboration between the brand creative
team and UX, the campaign united storytelling and user experience into a cohesive
execution across every customer touchpoint.
