Partnering with a design studio, the team extended Saks OFF 5TH’s identity into the Rewards program, introducing a logo, monogram, and graphic patterns that gave it a distinct yet connected visual language.
The launch was supported by an omni-channel campaign spanning in-store, email, paid and organic social, display, and site assets, along with special promotions such as a celebrity sweepstakes. Within its first year, the program enrolled more than 1.5 million customers. Developed in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, OFF 5TH Rewards became a powerful driver of customer loyalty and engagement.
