In 2024, we turned the spotlight inward—celebrating Saks OFF 5TH associates across all geographies and roles, from stores to corporate to distribution centers and our India office. Partnering with the OFF & Proud Associate Resource Group, we developed an employee-driven campaign that amplified authentic voices and reinforced our core values of individuality and inclusion. The creative suite included custom campaign graphics and a Pride title logo in Saks OFF 5TH brand typefaces, infused with a vibrant expression of Pride flag colors to symbolize unity and celebration. Campaign assets spanned social, email, site, app, and internal channels, complemented by a $50K donation to The Phluid Phoundation and an increased focus on internal education and engagement.
